Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

To perform a booking, please, select your pick-up and drop-off locations, the correct date and number of passengers in the designated area of our website. If all the inserted data are valid, you will be invited to chose transport type and payment method.

What information do I need in order to book?

In order to book quickly and easily, please, specify exact pick-up and drop-off locations, the exact number of passengers and proceed to the payment of the transfer.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

If you cannot find your pick-up or destination places in the list, please, contact our customer service. Notice that our limousine service is available all-over the Sardinian island.

How do I pay for my transfer?

The available payment methods are: Paypal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes, in this case you will have to inform us asap of the desired route.

Before you travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?

The luggage entitlement varies depending on the type of vehicle you chose. Please, check the vehicle description for the maximum amount of luggage supported on each type of transport.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

The driver will carry a sheet of paper with your name written on it.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

In case you cannot locate the limousine at the prearranged time, please, contact our customer support and inform our team of the fact. We will do our best to find the best solution to your needs.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

For any changes to the existing booking orders, please, contact our customer support service.

How long will the transfer take?

The length of the transfer will depend on the chosen type of transport and other variables, such as, for example, traffic conditions etc. However, you can be assured that our staff will be at your complete disposal, in case you will require additional informations regarding your transfer.
